"Because this is the greatest country in the world. "
Well said Mr. Iraola.
Everybody has a right to free speech
Mr. Iraola gave Mr. Burtell a chance to speak up but Mr. Burtell did not speak up. Instead, he mumbled “You’re complaining about situations and this incident where somebody made a little tweet. Nobody got hurt in that, and that was done off campus,”
OPINION
It seems that Mr. Burtell is complaining about the constitution of the United States of America. Maybe, he does not know what it is and how it works. We don’t want to hear something like:
- Why didn’t you stay in England?
- Why didn’t you stay in Germany?
- Why didn’t you stay in Italy?
- Why didn’t you stay in Spain?
- Why didn’t you stay in Canada?
- Why didn’t you stay in England?
- Why didn’t you stay in India?
- Why didn’t you stay in Africa?
- Why didn’t you stay in Israel?
- Why didn’t you stay in Ireland?
- Why didn’t you stay in the country you came from?
Most Americans have an immigrant background except Native Americans. If you keep saying the expression like above, you will be treated by someone just like you near future. So let’s respect each other and think about the value of the country again.
Mr. Iraola said, “Because this is the greatest country in the world”. We believe that is absolutely true just because the U.S. still has people like Mr. Iraloa. Thank you, Mr. Iraloa.
CHANGE
The Words in the news Titles
We’d rather not use the word “Latino dad” and “White man” just because we are all Americans.
IDEAS
We need civics education for American adults a big time.
